Disability Grants provides information on charities and trusts who provide grants in the UK. It DOES NOT award funding or have any money for grants.
However, the Disability Grants website was created as a self help resource and all the answers to your questions will probably be on the website.
You will need to look through the website to find a charity or trust that meets your individual circumstances.
When you find a suitable charity or trust you will need to apply directly to them not Disability Grants.
Other organisations may also be able to help you in your search -
