Birkdale Trust for the Hearing Impaired Ltd

The Trust provides grants to children and young people (up to 25 years) with a hearing impairment and organisations supporting deaf children resident in the UK.

It will provide funding towards projects such as equipment for the hearing impaired, specialist tuition, professional advice and support for appeals.

Ovingdean Hall Foundation

The Ovingdean Hall Foundation offers grants to support education projects for deaf children and young people in the UK.

It has previously funded new music rooms, family rooms, sensory rooms, salaries, equipment, sports and theatre experiences for deaf children.

It also funds scholarships for teachers training to be teachers of the deaf.

Applicants must be UK registered charities or not for profits organisations.

The Society for the Education of the Deaf

The Society provides educational grants to the deaf and deaf/blind individuals who live in Scotland.

The educational grants include funding for British Sign Language (BSL) or similar courses.
