Putsborough Sands - Devon

As you enter the car park, there is one just outside where you pay to get in. I had lots of fun in the sea with it.

Thank you Lynda for letting us know about the beach wheelchair at Putsborough Sands.

Looking at the local website for the area Putsborough Sands is well known as one of the cleanest and beautiful beaches in the South West. Indeed, Trip Advisor voted it best beach in the UK for 2015 and 2016.

Unfortunately, the website doesn't mention a beach wheelchair but more information may be available from the Beach shop.....

There is car parking by the beach but no mention of disabled toilets or wheelchair access.

The Accessible Countryside website mentions that the beach is reported as not wheelchair accessible though "there are good viewing points from the car park"
