They bring their experience and knowledge of disability to provide a one-stop personalised service to customers as a sub contractor for Work Programme Prime Providers. Employ Me is Mencap's specialised programme to support people with learning disabilities find paid work and to develop work skills. Mencap works with individuals to find out what job they want to do, provide practical training, work placements and support in finding paid work.
